• All clients attending the classes and services of RUMBA NATION must acknowledge that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from the participation of such services.

• Clients also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of RUMBA NATION and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.

• Furthermore, all customers release RUMBA NATION of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

• RUMBA NATION may cancel or change a class/venue temporarily or permanently. In the unlikely events this happens, we will provide as much notice as possible and we will also provide solutions for the use of pre-bought 10 classes packages.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission to RUMBA NATION’s classes without further explanation.

• By purchasing services from RUMBA NATION you agree to these terms and conditions.

Photos and Videos

​

• Pictures and videos may be taken and recorded during classes and used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, RUMBA NATION’s website, printed media….

• By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions clients give full permission for this information to be released. 

• If you do not wish to feature in any of these media, please inform us before the beginning of the class.

Zumba Kids - Special Policy

​

• The Zumba kids class is limited to 25 children therefore is strictly on a first come, first served basis.

• Child protection Policy: 

• Zumba Kids instructor is fully trained to teach children and is DBS checked.

• We are committed to protecting all of the young people in our care.

• Photos and Videos within Zumba Family classes are done in a controlled environment and these photos and videos are only used for PR purposes.

• IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR CHILD TO FEATURE IN PHOTOS/VIDEOS PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE THE CLASS.

• FOOD: we want all kids to be safe so to avoid any allergies no food is allowed in the studio. Only a water bottle will be allowed.

• Parents to provide an emergency number when dropping children.

• Parents have to inform in advance who is collecting the children and they have to be picked up on time in order to avoid a penalty charge if this happens on a regular basis.

Health and Safety (for both adults and children)

​

• All instructors have their own public liability insurance. 

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear is worn.

  • Good hygiene before and during the dance class shows respect and consideration for the other participants.

  • No health issues or physical limitation preventing from doing exercise. Clients fully understand that Zumba classes require physical effort.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the class has started, you will not be allowed in. This is for both health and safety reasons and to avoid class disruption.

• We reserve the right to exclude any customers from RUMBA NATION classes if the participant is not compatible with the general enjoyment and objective of the class: i.e. bullying, disruptive, aggressive behaviour….

Prices

​

• The prices payable for classes are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive and are correct at the time of entering information. 

• Price change: in case of price increase, one month notice will be given.
